• We accept returns for refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order

• Items marked with FINAL SALE cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged

• Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment

• Any return that does not meet the above requirements, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) have any sign of wear, alteration or misuse.

• Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

 

How should I send my return back?

• Enclose a copy of the receipt in return package

• Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.The cost of original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

• For return of damaged item(s), MAD Vettes will email a pre-paid return label
